Carlsbad's Proposed Charter
Village Design Standards Approved
On Nov. 6, 2007, the Carlsbad City Council approved a proposal to change delvelopment standards in the Village.
The approved proposal calls for fewer restrictions on building heights and parking, and allows for more housing in the the area.
